Scott did a strong job with the transmission repair. He kept a bigger repair from getting confusing and made sure the details were handled clearly. His communication was professional, direct, and easy to follow. Everything came across fair and well organized, and Scott handled the situation with the kind of steady approach that makes a difficult repair feel much more manageable.

Wonderful car care. I met Kevin, the new manager. I already loved Eagle Transmission, but he has made some great changes when he took it over. He had my car in and out within two days. That was a much better time turn around time than before. The whole atmosphere in the shop looks much more organized and clean. I felt really heard and I was kept informed throughout the process.

Looking to buy a used car, I took a prospective vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. Scott and Eagle Transmission came highly recommended. The whole experience was great, from beginning to end! Scott answered all my questions through the process and gave me all the information I needed to help me with such a big decision. Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. I will definitely do business with Scott and Eagle Transmission in the future.

Scott and his team was great. The initial repair was a pretty big job, but he kept me in the loop the whole time and made it a lot less stressful. There was a slight issue after, but they sorted it out straight away. I’m really happy with the service and would fully trust them with my car again
